JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Receptionist to provide efficient and prompt service to customers of Ennoia Boutique Gym and Isla Padel within the vibrant city of Beau Plan.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Receive visitors and clients at the reception desk and inform them according to their inquiries
- Provide full communication service to visitors and clients according to club’s communication policy
- Relay calls to the concerned personnel
- Take telephone messages and ensure that they reach the concerned personnel promptly
- Communicate whenever necessary with personnel who are using cellular phones
- Any communication with press should be directly patched through Operations Manager
- Receive and despatch letters/faxes/parcels within the company’s departments whenever required
- Ensure that all registered or express mail is treated as per requirements by filing the appropriate records and making follow-up thereafter
- Receipt of letters from the postman and reporting promptly to superior
- Perform any other cognate duties assigned by the general manager
COMPANY
QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher School Certificate or any equivalent qualification
- Computer literate and basic knowledge in accounting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instruction
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of working experience – basic understanding of business service functions
