JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Receptionist to provide efficient and prompt service to customers of Ennoia Boutique Gym and Isla Padel within the vibrant city of Beau Plan.

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Receive visitors and clients at the reception desk and inform them according to their inquiries
  • Provide full communication service to visitors and clients according to club’s communication policy
  • Relay calls to the concerned personnel
  • Take telephone messages and ensure that they reach the concerned personnel promptly
  • Communicate whenever necessary with personnel who are using cellular phones
  • Any communication with press should be directly patched through Operations Manager
  • Receive and despatch letters/faxes/parcels within the company’s departments whenever required
  • Ensure that all registered or express mail is treated as per requirements by filing the appropriate records and making follow-up thereafter
  • Receipt of letters from the postman and reporting promptly to superior
  • Perform any other cognate duties assigned by the general manager

COMPANY

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher School Certificate or any equivalent qualification
  • Computer literate and basic knowledge in accounting
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written instruction

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience – basic understanding of business service functions
